Dear Daddy

If you haven't noticed, there has been a drastic decline of dear daddy posts, mostly because daddy, mommy, and baby are all together now...one big happy family.

Okay, so not a big family, and not always a happy family...but definitely a family.  The three of us are fluctuating between loving and driving each other crazy, baby is growing up way to fast before our eyes, mommy started a full time job, and all the while still in a FOREIGN country.

If you couldn’t tell by the caps, I still am not fond of this place.  In fact, I quite detest it.  But such is the life of an Army wife, moving and living where the Army says.  So I got a job to stay busy and bring in a little extra cash.  I miss baby every second of the day I’m away from her, but you can’t have your cake and eat it too.

As for baby, she is now five months old.  We still haven’t migrated to any foods other than her usual milkies, but that will happen as soon as she can sit up on her own.  Baby has started to crawl, rolls over the second we put her down on the floor, is making all kinds of vocal sounds, and sometimes sleeps through the night.  She is in-between three and nine month clothing.

I’m staying focused on enjoying every minute with Baby and spending quality time with Hubby.

Travel – blah.

Work is just something to do, although I go to work and then have to find things to pass the time there.

Family – I miss!

Cooking – sort of.

Exercise – it’s too cold outside.

Sewing – I’d rather spend the time with Baby or Hubby.

And there you have it folks.  The “glorious” life of this Army wife.
